ReferralSoft respects our customer's privacy and does not participate in unsolicited marketing, list sales, or any other violation of our customers' privacy.

• User data and user's customer data is completely confidential and is never and will never be used by anyone for any other purpose.
• ReferralSoft stores user names, e-mail address, password, and site usage data on file. This information is kept strictly private and confidential.
• All credit card and payment information is kept by PayPal, and is kept in their system. It is subject to their fair and cautious privacy policy.
• ReferralSoft will not sell or lease any customer data to other parties.
• From time to time, ReferralSoft may contact its customer base (but not your customer base) via e-mail to announce new services, problems, or deliver account information. ReferralSoft will keep these messages to a rare and bare minimum.
• If you are a ReferralSoft customer and are uncomfortable about how your data, e-mail, or privacy is being treated, contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
• ReferralSoft does not address, market to, solicit, or have any thing to do with children.
