Sending messages, e-cards and getting referrals - Your turn-key electronic marketing center

At the heart of ReferralSoft is the referral request e-card. What are e-cards?... . These are graphic designed, pre-written e-mails with your picture and a personal message. Each e-card has a give referral button that allows your customers to give referrals to you directly through an online form.


Complete Contact Management

ReferralSoft enables you to track all of the key data for clients, prospects, business partners and other contacts. Over 40 contact fields are available including phone numbers, e-mail addresses, addresses, spouse information, notes, workplace, titles and key events.


Automatic event marketing

For every contact file, you can set a date for business anniversary, birthday, spouse birthday, and a custom event that will automatically send a message when that date arrives. You have complete control over the format and message of the e-card. ReferralSoft starts you with pre-written messages.


Automatic holiday and calendar messaging

Your ReferralSoft account comes with a master calendar/holiday scheduler that will automatically send messages to enlisted contacts on a annual schedule. This feature is completely customizable with no limit to the number of programable calendar messages. The default calendar track comes with six holidays spread throughout the year with pre-filled messages.


Automatic, multi-step communications

Send referral request e-cards to clients, automatically: E-cards are e-mails with colors and pictures. (see samples). You enter client's e-mail addresses and a personalized greeting, the system sends messages to your clients on your schedule using automated messaging . There are three pre-set automated tracks - before, during and after - and you can also make your own custom tracks.


Clients enter referrals online: Your clients enter referrals for new clients into an online form with a few clicks of the mouse.

Follow up with new prospects: The system will let you send introductory e-cards and custom cards as well.

You are in control of everything: You can customize all messages through our simple online forms - change the copy, the colors, the art, add your own custom photo, and decide when and if messages are sent.

Automated campaigns allows you to send up to fifteeen e-card messages to customers that are sent on fixed time schedules. Adding customers is easy through an online form. You start the process, and over the following weeks ReferralSoft sends messages on your behalf.

Pre-loaded with automatic campaigns
ReferralSoft comes pre-loaded with multiple campaign tracks that were written by mortgage and real estate marketing experts. Each track comes with 3-5 e-card messages that are sent over time (e.g., week 1, week 2, week 4, etc.,). You can customize any portion of the campaign, including changing copy, adding your photo, changing schedules, and changing the designs. Campaigns include (partial list):

Create your own multi-step automatic referral campaigns
Have great ideas for your own multi-step campaigns? In ReferralSoft, you can start from scratch and build your own multi-step message series - decide how many steps, write your own copy, choose your designs, and decide the number of days between messages. Customizing is as easy as using an online shopping form.

Perpetual annual review program
As part of the 'after' campaign, your customers will be sent an annual review every year on the anniversary of their closing. This message sent automatically by ReferralSoft, and helps create long-term customer relationships.

Group messaging
Through ReferralSoft you can send a message to an entire group or to your entire list. Group messaging makes it easy to reach out to many contacts simutaneously. An intuitive group management feature enables you to set up as many groups as you want.

Getting referrals and tracking your campaigns

The biggest pay-off in ReferralSoft is receiving new referrals.

Online referral forms and your customer's experience
Customers receive a nicely formatted e-card personalized to your business. Customers will be able to click on the "Click here to give referrals" button where they are lead to a online form that they can enter new referrals for you.



Viewing your referrals
When a client enters a new referral into the system you will receive an e-mail in your regular e-mail program notifying you of the referral. You know exactly who gave you a referral and when they sent it. You can call immediately or send an introduction card. The referrals will also be tracked in your ReferralSoft application.

Sending thank-yous
ReferralSoft offers some creative ways to thank your clients for giving referrals, including rewards and incentives. These can be found under the Thank You section.


The Control Panel

The Control Panel includes summary links to most of the ReferralSoft application. This will be your center base of control for most activity.

Add your own business information
This is the information that will go on all of your communications. In addition to basic contact information (such as company name, phone number, e-mail address) you will also enter a brief description of your services that might already be on a brochure or bio that you use. Its as easy as filling out an online form (it is an online form) and you can always go back and update/work on it later. These are the areas you can customize: business name, your name, title, phone number, fax number, website URL, e-mail address, postal address, and business description.

Add your own custom photo
In ReferralSoft, you can add your own custom photo to all of your e-card communications. We personally put it in the system and take care of all the technical web stuff.

Set up your automated messaging process times
Automated messaging allows you to send up to five unique e-cards automatically according to a fixed time schedule. You can set the schedule however you like, and cancel messages at any time.
